## Returns
At VerxPads, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
* Be unused and in original condition
* Be returned in its original packaging
* Include all accessories and contents originally supplied
* Not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse
Proof of purchase or your order number will be required for all returns.

## Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
* Custom or personalised mousepads
* Limited edition or clearance products
* Gift cards
* Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Because custom products are made specifically for each customer, they are non-refundable unless defective or incorrect.

## Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To process your claim, please provide:

* Clear photos of the product
* Photos of the packaging

Once approved, we may offer:

* Store credit

## Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
